Client Feedback

The models on this deal have been excellent as we continue to comb through them. Seeing strong underwriting decisions and the models are very clean overall. Your hard work really showed.

Sandi Hubbard

Principal, 1014 Capital

Sandi brings a rare combination to every engagement: design intelligence from a professional architecture degree and financial rigor from a graduate education in real estate development — applied across 25 years on the capital side of the transaction.

She has originated, underwritten, structured, and asset managed $2.1B+ in commercial real estate investments — from high-yield bridge loans and CMBS B-pieces to distressed NPL workouts and preferred equity structures. That experience means she understands how lenders underwrite a deal: what pencils, what kills a transaction at credit committee, and how to structure around risk before it becomes a problem.
