I have over 25 years of experience with all types of real estate — multifamily, hospitality, retail, and office — and real estate debt, primarily opportunistic debt and preferred equity, and more recently consulting on CMBS and Freddie Mac loans for special servicers and B-piece buyers. I have originated, underwritten, structured, closed, and asset managed in various capacities over $2.1 billion in investments. The investments have been across the board in type, structure, and asset management requirements, including distressed assets and loans.
I hold a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. I spent 17 years working in real estate finance in New York, NY and am now based in Dallas, TX.
